The Cabins at Cloudcroft Cancellation Policy
We are a small independent business and cancellations affect us greatly. The following is our cancellation and refund policy:
NOTICE
By making a reservation by phone or any booking platform, you agree that your reservation will be charged to the payment method on file unless previous arrangements have been made, you agree that any balance of your reservation will be automatically charged at 3:00pm Mountain Time on the date of your scheduled arrival unless you have made previous arrangements to pay the balance in case or local check.
Cancellations for holidays/holiday weekends, or other surge events
Holidays (New Year's, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day , Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Surge events such as local festivals, carnivals, parades, etc.
1. If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to check-in time (check-in is 3:00 pm,) you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
2. If you fail to show on the date of your check-in, or if you fail to cancel at least 72 hours prior to the 3:00 check-in time, you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit and you will be charged for be charged for your entire stay.
Cancellations for other than holidays/holiday weekends
1. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours of your check-in date/time (check-in is 3:00 pm,) you will be entitled to a refund of your full deposit.
2. If you fail to show on the date of your check-in or if you fail to cancel within the 24 hours prior to the 3:00 pm check-in time, you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit and you will be charged for your entire stay.
There are no refunds due to weather conditions. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more cabins.
